EON Real Estate (“EON”, “we”, “us”) operates eonre.com and provides real estate services in San Francisco, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using eonre.com you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the site.

• Contact and lead information. Name, email, phone number, neighborhood interests, price range, timeline, and message content submitted through contact, home-valuation, tour-request, sell, and consultation forms.
• Account information. If you create an account, your name, email, and authentication identifiers from the sign-in provider you choose (e.g. Google).
• Property activity. Searches you run, listings you view, saved searches, favorites, tour requests, and properties you ask about.
• Device and usage data. IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Anti-abuse signals. Cloudflare Turnstile token data used to verify form submissions are human.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide brokerage services.
• To send transactional messages (form confirmations, tour requests, account notices) and, where you have opted in, market updates and newsletters.
• To operate property search, save listings, schedule tours, and personalize what you see on return visits.
• To measure site performance, diagnose issues, and improve content.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and to comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the site and brokerage:

• Service providers that host the site and process data on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile), Brevo (email delivery and contact management), Google (authentication and analytics), and Bing Webmaster Tools (search-engine reporting).
• MLS and listing partners such as Bridge Data Output (San Francisco Association of Realtors dataset) when you request information about a listing or schedule a tour.
• Cooperating brokers and agents when needed to facilitate showings, offers, or transactions you initiate.
• Legal disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (account, saved searches, favorites) may not work without them.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead and account records are typically retained for the duration of an active agent relationship plus a reasonable period afterward.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you.
• Access and request a copy of that information.
• Request deletion or correction.
• Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. EON does not sell personal information.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising your privacy rights.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information, including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, scoped access controls, and bot mitigation. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

eonre.com is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
