These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eonre.com and any related services provided by EON Real Estate (“EON”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use eonre.com or to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Real estate information — not legal or financial advice

Information on eonre.com, including listings, market statistics, neighborhood data, valuations, and editorial content, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Real estate decisions involve significant financial commitments; consult licensed professionals (attorney, CPA, lender, inspector) before acting on anything you read here.

Listing data

Property listing information is supplied by the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) and other multiple-listing services through licensed data feeds. Listings are subject to change, sale, withdrawal, or correction without notice. EON does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing and is not liable for errors, omissions, or for properties that are no longer available. All measurements, square footage, lot sizes, taxes, school data, and similar attributes should be independently verified.

Listing data is provided solely for non-commercial use by consumers identifying properties they may be interested in purchasing. Republication, scraping, redistribution, or bulk extraction of listing content is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security of the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the site or extract data, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers obeying robots.txt.
• Submit false information, impersonate others, or harvest contact information for unsolicited communication.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the site beyond what is permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, copy, photography, logos, and brand elements are owned by EON Real Estate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Listing content remains the property of the originating brokerage or MLS. Nothing on the site grants you a license to any of this content except as needed to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Communications and consent

When you submit a form, request a tour, or create an account, you consent to receive transactional communications from EON by email and, where you provided a phone number, by phone or SMS regarding your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

Third-party links and services

eonre.com may link to third-party sites, tools, or services (mortgage calculators, mapping providers, lenders, escrow partners). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. EON does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EON Real Estate, its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EON Real Estate and its agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL with the effective date updated. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
